Terms and Conditions for Auction Sales

Bidding
    Bid by lot number as in the catalog. All bids are handled competevely and confidentially and lots are purchased for the highest bidder, one "jump" over the second highest bid. All lots are offered subject to a minimum bid. All offer under the minimum bid will be declined.

Bidding intervals:

Payment
    Successful bidders -unless they are known to us- are expected to make payment in full before the lots are delivered. Bidders will be notify of the amount of their purchases. We accept cash in american dollars,checks and major credit cards through Bidpay.

Commission
    A 5% buyer's premium will be added to the final amount.

Shipping
    All lots will be sent by registered air mail, at buyer´s risk, unless other arrangements are made. Forwarding costs which includes postage, will be charged to the buyer.

Devolutions
    Any lot whose description is incorrect, is returnable within a week of receipt and must be returned intact in the same condition as received, for a full refund. All lots are sold as genuine, but should any lot be proved otherwise, by written opinion of any competent, responsible authority acceptable to us, full refund will be made. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred by buyer for expertization fees and costs. Lots described "as is" are not returnable.
    Illustrated lots are not returnable because of centering, margins or faults, shown in the illustrations.

    The placing of a bid, shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale.

Catalog
    All numbers and referrals are from recent Scott catalog.
